Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for paid subscriptions to AI Cartoon Generator. It applies to purchases made directly through our website. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but they are not refundable. After cancellation, your paid access and any subscription credits remain available until the end of the current billing period. Your subscription will then end automatically and you will not be charged for another period.

You can cancel in your account's billing settings. If you cannot access the account or need help, contact us at support@aicartoongenerator.io from the email address associated with the subscription.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a proportional refund based on unused subscription credits. We calculate the refund as:

Refund amount = original annual payment amount x (remaining eligible subscription credits / subscription credits originally granted for that annual payment) - the payment processing fee charged for that payment.

The refund amount will not be less than zero. We use the actual processing fee recorded for the original payment, including any applicable payment-provider or currency-conversion fee, rather than a fixed estimated rate.

Only unused credits granted by the annual subscription payment are included in the calculation. Free, promotional, bonus, refunded, expired, transferred, or separately purchased credits are not included. When a refund is approved, the annual subscription ends immediately and the remaining eligible subscription credits, together with paid-plan access associated with that subscription, are removed.

How To Request a Refund

To request an annual-subscription refund, email support@aicartoongenerator.io from the subscription email address and include the invoice or payment date. We will verify the subscription, determine the remaining eligible credits, and confirm the refund amount before processing it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Exceptions

We may separately provide a refund or credit for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, billing errors, or a material service failure. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us promptly with the transaction details. Do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us where possible, as this can delay our ability to investigate and resolve the issue.
